Contest rules may change at anytime without notice.  Your must be 14 years of age or older to enter the contest.  You are allowed to enter the contest 1 time per week per zone.  There are three zones identified on the front top cover of the paper as Zone 1, Zone 2, or Zone 3.  To enter, you simple answer the questions on our contest form and submit this form to our mail server.  By entering the contest you automatically consent to the release of your first and last name, and the distribution location where you found the Coffee News Guy.  The drawing will commence during the middle of the month each month, and a winner is picked at random.  We will make contact by telephone only, and a Coffee News employee will make 3 attempts to reach the winner in the same day.  Coffee News employee will not leave a voice mail message for a return call.  We must speak with you live for successful notification.  If we are unable to reach the winner, we will put your entry back into the pool and pick a new winner. If your name is picked the second time, we will attempt contact on the second day and if contact is still not successful, we will continue drawing a name till we reach a successful winner. You have 30 days from the date of successful notification to claim your price.  Coffee News promotions have no cash value unless otherwise stated on the device certificated provided as the winning prize.  Coffee News is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates and prizes.  Coffee News is not responsible for failed delivery by Canada Post or by any other delivery method.  By entering the contest, you agree not to hold Coffee News or any of its affiliates responsible for any personal loss of the contest winnings or prizes, nor any damages you received as per the use of the certificate or prize.
